DMU required a mobile application to educate young people about their diabetes through interactive learning. The goal was to create an engaging, structured learning experience that allows users to progress through educational sessions while enabling healthcare professionals to monitor and approve their progress. The application was developed using the Ionic mobile platform, ensuring compatibility with both tablets and phones. It was made available for download on both the App Store and Google Play. Real-time communication with a remotely hosted API ensured that data remained up-to-date and secure.
