How we built the operating system for the UK's largest cleaning franchise

ServiceMaster is the UK's largest cleaning franchise. Hundreds of franchisees. A head office coordinating the whole thing. A business that touches payroll, scheduling, CRM and ecommerce — every single day.
When they came to us, they had the same problem most franchise networks have: too many disconnected tools, too much manual work, and no single view of what was happening across the network.
We built them one system. Built around how their business actually works.
CRM for managing client relationships and enquiries. Scheduling that connects head office to franchisees. Payroll that handles the complexity of a franchise model. An ecommerce platform for online orders. All of it joined up. All of it owned by ServiceMaster.
No per-seat licensing fees that multiply across 200 franchisees. No vendor with their hands on the data. No 'you'll have to wait for the next product update' when something doesn't work the way the business needs it to.
The result is a system that grows with the network. When a new franchisee joins, they're onboarded into the same platform. When the head office needs a new report, we build it. When the business changes, the software changes with it.
This is what bespoke software actually means in practice. Not a fancy website. Not a prototype that gets handed over and left to gather dust. A living system that becomes the backbone of how the business operates.
We're proud of what we built for ServiceMaster. And we're even prouder that it's still growing.
If you run a franchise network and recognise any of this, we'd love to talk.
